We set up the payroll service with the payments and deductions you need.

 

Each month (or week) you email us a simple spreadsheet with employee details, plus any variable pay information for the period, such as hours worked and overtime.
We run your payroll and email you with the totals and PDF payslips for your approval.
You can make last minute changes and we will re run the payroll and, optionally, send a file through to BACs to transfer funds into your employees' bank accounts.
We then laser print your payslips and pressure seal them into security envelopes which can be posted to your office or directly to your employees’ homes.
We email you a spreadsheet containing a full analysis of the payroll run to assist you with Tax/NI payments and other management information.
At Tax Year End, we produce all documentation necessary and file your TAX return online electronically, qualifying you for the applicable TAX refund.

 

It is that simple. We will agree with you a regular timetable; you provide us with the data and we do the rest.
